Talk about the least eloquent unboxing in the history of unboxing. 😂😂😂 But alas, here we are. In the words of my son, I’m an “old head” apparently now trying to reacclimate myself to a platform I used to make a living managing🤦🏽‍♀️. But all awkwardness aside, I’m super proud of this baby. I designed the entire packaging myself as well as the #flowerpress (but you can add any style of my presses to the tubes:) It brought back great memories from my days of designing CD packaging (compact discs for the non-old-heads out there) and their album booklets. 2024 was a very behind the scenes year that I fully admit, I didn’t document very well. It’s probably because it came with a set of challenges that made year two of my creative career journey feel more like mountain climbing. I was feeling like I didn’t have enough to show for all my efforts, but low and behold, I… - Produced my first edition of NJ themed stickers. - Produced my very first stationary sets & Christmas cards. - Had linen tea towels made of two of my original bird paintings. - Designed and produced my first packaging for one of my very own products. - Did a lot of R&D. - Painted, painted and then painted some more. I just want to thank everyone who supported my ventures in 2024, from Etsy, to Faire, to in-person events such as Arts in Bloom and my lovely friends in Pitman, NJ who advised in the creation of quite possibly my most well loved Christmas ornament yet! You’ve all also helped me chart a course for 2025. Lots of fun is on its way.
